Submission Guidelines
Please carefully review and follow these detailed instructions to ensure your manuscript meets all requirements for the conference review process.
Technical Requirements
- Language: English only, with proper grammar and spelling
- Originality: Must be original work, not previously published
- Plagiarism: All submissions will be checked for plagiarism (max 15% similarity allowed)
- Figures: High resolution (300 DPI minimum), properly labeled
- Tables: Clear formatting with appropriate captions
- Equations: Numbered sequentially and properly formatted
Review Process
- Double-blind peer review by at least 3 expert reviewers
- Review criteria: Technical quality, novelty, clarity, significance
- Notification of acceptance/rejection via email
- Camera-ready submission required for accepted papers
Ethical Considerations
- Research involving human subjects must have ethical approval
- Conflicts of interest must be declared
- All co-authors must approve the final submission
- IEEE code of ethics must be followed
